Information used for reservations

When you reserve, we use your name, email address, phone number, party size, arrival date and time, and any notes you provide to manage your booking and contact you about it. Reservation information is stored by the website and sent to the business’s designated reservation managers. It is not used for advertising or sold.

Job applications

When you apply, we collect your contact details, position of interest, availability, experience, and optional résumé link to review your application and contact you. Applications are stored by the website and emailed to Scott and Aleena. These details are not used for advertising or sold.

Gmail connection

The Gmail connection is available only to the site owner. It requests permission to send reservation and job application notifications from the owner’s account, plus basic email identity information to confirm the correct sending account. The application does not request access to read the inbox. Authorization credentials are encrypted in storage and are not shown to site visitors.

The application uses Google user data only to provide these business email functions. It does not use Google user data for advertising, model training, or unrelated purposes. The owner can revoke the application’s access from their Google Account permissions.

Hosting and other services

The website uses hosted storage and application services to operate, Google Calendar for public event listings, Google Fonts for typography, and Gmail for authorized notification delivery. These services process information needed to provide their functions. Manager sign-in is handled through ChatGPT. The website does not add advertising trackers.

Questions and deletion requests

Call That Place Bar & Grill at 317-888-7100 for questions, reservation changes, or requests to access or remove reservation information. We retain booking records as needed to manage reservations and business records.
